“My daughter and I were there with her 10yr old golden. Of course we asked for outside seating, and were told an hour wait. Hostess did not get my phone # correct so when I didn’t get the welcome text I went back in. Another hostess changed it and neither one apologized for their mistake. Never broke a smile. Sooo we wait, and wait. Watched so many be brought in who clearly had not been there longer than us, empty outside tables with no one sitting there. I went back to the hostess stand to see how much longer, “it could be 3min or 15”, really. We finally got a table after an hour and 35min. We were put at the table next to the steps coming out on the patio, while there were two more tables open on the outside corner of the patio. Out of the line of traffic. Our golden was almost stepped on several times (one being the rude hostess) and the constant jarring of the ppl coming up and down the steps was very annoying. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal that you have waited two hours for and your table bouncing around. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent! Hostesses need to learn some manners as to how to be polite.“

“Wow! We stopped in this afternoon and we were very glad we did. The waitress was phenomenal, very down to earth and excellent with my aging parents. She was friendly and handled their rush like a pro. The owner stopped by and jumped in the kitchen and helped with the rush as well. Burgers were great (very flavorful and delicious) shrimp tacos were great, onion strips were excellent and the smoked fries were the bomb. Overall an excellent choice for our meal.“

“My husband and I have been coming to orange beach for 25 years. Tonight was our first visit to Louisiana Lagniappe. I am a go to filet and lobster tail kinda girl, OMG! “Had a great dinner tonight. Hannah was our server. She took great care of us and answered all our questions. The food was excellent and was prepared just as we asked. We ate outside and it looked clean and taken care of. We've been to this location many times. Lunch, breakfast, dinner and pulled a boat up and did carryout. The restrooms are as clean as any Buc-ee's too. See ya next year!“

“Arriving we told the hostess we were going to have to eat quickly because our dogs were in the vehicle with the engine running. She told us we could dine on the Pooch Porch with our dogs. It was a beautiful day and the waiter was great Took excellent care of us. We order grilled platter and fried platter. Food was fresh, hot and so delicious. Going back this week for boiled shrimp and gumbo with our babies on the porch“

“Behind the restaurant is 2 bars. One is Karaoke, the 2nd has a DJ and the dance floor is always full on Friday or Saturday nights! I have partied on both sides & everyone was having a blast every time I have been here. The DJ bar (Live Bait) charged 40 a person to get in. I believe some well know DJ was there. The Tiki bar with Karaoke is free entry.“

“2024.07.14 - Had a great time on a friends boat in the Bear Point Harbor. The harbor is clean and well kept. Slips are nice. Shore power comes in all types of connectors. Lots of parking in a gravel lot acrpss from the slips. The OSO restaurant is super convenient after a long day on the boat to relax and eat tasty food. Lots of SeeDoos to rent if your interested. Fun time at night with live bands and drinks at OSO. Porta potties for members only inside the fencing are nice and well kept. Look forward to another visit to the Bear Point Harbor.“
