“I worked at Doc's back in '99. This is a World Class Seafood establishment that will never, ever cut corners on Quality Control. They've always worked hard and played even harder. Miss Diane was running the show back then, and she was as close to a Mama as I had. The whole crew was phenomenal, and I'll never run across that kind of family again as long as I live. I've just been bragging on the staff, because everyone who's been to Doc's Seafood knows that there's no substitute. Get it fresh, get it friendly, Doc's will never disappoint. I absolutely love this blessing to Orange Beach and the Gulf Coast. Well done, Doc's!!”

“My daughter and I were there with her 10yr old golden. Of course we asked for outside seating, and were told an hour wait. Hostess did not get my phone # correct so when I didn’t get the welcome text I went back in. Another hostess changed it and neither one apologized for their mistake. Never broke a smile. Sooo we wait, and wait. Watched so many be brought in who clearly had not been there longer than us, empty outside tables with no one sitting there. I went back to the hostess stand to see how much longer, “it could be 3min or 15”, really. We finally got a table after an hour and 35min. We were put at the table next to the steps coming out on the patio, while there were two more tables open on the outside corner of the patio. Out of the line of traffic. Our golden was almost stepped on several times (one being the rude hostess) and the constant jarring of the ppl coming up and down the steps was very annoying. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal that you have waited two hours for and your table bouncing around. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent! Hostesses need to learn some manners as to how to be polite.”

“My husband and I have been coming to orange beach for 25 years. Tonight was our first visit to Louisiana Lagniappe. I am a go to filet and lobster tail kinda girl, OMG! Top rate filet mignon right here! Everything was delicious! Husband is a fried food kinda man, he approved as well. Oh, and the service was top notch!”

“Food tastes great and doesn’t take long to come. The server was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is nice. Parking lot is bad on a wet day because it’s rocks and dirt/sand.

“We just happened upon this store today and I am so glad we did. We got a half dozen assorted cupcakes but now I wish I had gotten a whole dozen of just the caramel! That was the best cupcake I have had in a while and I bake. The cake itself was so soft and fluffy. The caramel icing was perfection. If you are in Orange Beach make sure you stop in!!”

I got the PBJ but I think next time I’m near a PS or any other smoothie place I should switch things up and not get ones with bananas as the bitter taste you’ll inevitably get with banana smoothies isn’t something I enjoy lol. “Wow! We stopped in this afternoon and we were very glad we did. The waitress was phenomenal, very down to earth and excellent with my aging parents. She was friendly and handled their rush like a pro. The owner stopped by and jumped in the kitchen and helped with the rush as well. Burgers were great (very flavorful and delicious) shrimp tacos were great, onion strips were excellent and the smoked fries were the bomb. Overall an excellent choice for our meal.”

“We search out Irish Pubs everywhere we go. This one is tiny, but worth your time. They have authentically Irish drafts and whiskeys. The fried mozzarella (not Irish) were GREAT but the potato skins (slightly Irish) were merely ok. The bartender was attentive and friendly. (I think he said his name was Matt.) The pub seems to be supportive of military and first responders, which is important. As a side note, the menu is has funny names and cartoons for the items it contains.”

“Had a great dinner tonight. Hannah was our server. She took great care of us and answered all our questions. The food was excellent and was prepared just as we asked. We ate outside and it looked clean and taken care of. We've been to this location many times. Lunch, breakfast, dinner and pulled a boat up and did carryout. The restrooms are as clean as any Buc-ee's too. See ya next year!”

“Arriving we told the hostess we were going to have to eat quickly because our dogs were in the vehicle with the engine running. She told us we could dine on the Pooch Porch with our dogs. It was a beautiful day and the waiter was great Took excellent care of us. We order grilled platter and fried platter. Food was fresh, hot and so delicious. Going back this week for boiled shrimp and gumbo with our babies on the porch”

“I walked in and ordered the double bacon burger with fries and took it back to my room and it was sooooo good. The girls who took my order were very nice and welcoming I had asked for some ranch, and mayo/mustard packets and they put my take out box in a bag and gave me plenty ranch and packets and napkins. I was very happy with the service and food.
Then one morning I called down and picked up the Brioche French toast and ordered scrambled eggs and it was equally as good as my dinner. I wish I got to stay longer so I could try other menu items. I can just imagine how good everything is”
