In town for spring break with family and friends. We had to wait approximately 45mins once we checked in .. but well worth the wait! Ryan was great seemed like they had a rough night. They were out of several food items however they took care of us and made sure management was involved. My family and I love this restaurant and we will be back. Sometimes things don’t go right but how they resolve the issue makes all the difference!

This was my wife's and my first time at "Big Mike's." ALL of the staff that we met were sociable and nice. The female bartender was FANTASTIC! I had the small Ribeye, and it was tender, cooked a perfect "medium" (as requested), and DELICIOUS! My wife ordered the Wings entree, and they arrived "hot" in temperature, crispy, and tasty. The baked potatoes were huge. The local draft craft beers were cold and fresh. We WILL be BACK!!
