“Came in earlier food around lunchtime was super fresh I had a cracked straw and Micheal got me another one he was very polite about it even tho he was busy I know sometimes the small things can bog you down but he took the time to help me and did it with a smile“
“Pensacola Blvd., Sonic Cashier named Paige at drive-through was very Helpful she took the time to actually listen and she helped with issues as we tried to place an order with our app. The app wouldn’t work app would not let me apply my promo codes. She verified my issue on the app and she honored the promo from my app as it wouldn’t let me place my order online so they helped redo and fulfilled it in a timely manner.“

I have had many UM&C Burritos in my 41 years on this earth but all of them fail miserably to the rolled perfection of what was before me today. From bite one to the final buzzer tang on the life of that burrito it was tremendous. I thank you for your service sir. “We came at about 11 am and parked in a mobile order spot while we figured out what we wanted to order. A worker came out to ask if we had placed an order because he didn’t see one and wanted to make sure we weren’t waiting too long. We told him we were still placing it and thanks for checking. Super diligent! They also brought out our drink first and told us the food was being made fresh and would be ready in 2 minutes. Super nice of them to bring out the drink early and give us an update! The food came out quickly and was nice and hot and delicious! Super happy with this sonic location!“
