My friend & I got sodas from this location and were told we could not do a split transaction of cash and card even though both sodas were on the same order. That doesn't make sense? Most POS systems will allow you to do a split transaction. Sounds like an excuse to not help a customer. If it required a manager override, then ask the manager to come over and help. Will not be returning any time soon.
