this evening went to 9 Mile Rd location. Young man at window was very nice & polite. The manager, Tamela, was so nice. I do not get this kind of service at 9th Ave. Will go out of my way to get good service here at 9 Mile Rd!!! Thanks, Tamela!!!
Donuts are cold. They’re never warm anymore but otherwise worth every penny. Very fresh original glazed!

The hot light is on from 7:00 to 9:00, and on special days like National Donut Day, it stays on longer. Customers have noted that some locations, especially downtown, can have rude employees and issues with broken machines, but this Krispy Kreme offers a much better experience. While hot doughnuts are served during the designated hours, there have been moments when hot doughnuts are not available, but the ones served are still delicious. Customers have ordered large quantities, like 8 dozen donuts, and waited a few minutes for their order. Some have received hot coffee instead of the ice they ordered, or found that certain products like specialty donuts were out of stock, especially when using coupons. However, glazed doughnuts remain a favorite because they are always available. The General Manager, named Lee, has been praised for her excellent service, remembering repeat customers and going out of her way to make their donuts. Overall, it remains a good place to enjoy doughnuts and coffee.
