Serenity and Staphie where extremely rude at the sonic on 9mile. Staphie is the manager and basically called me a lier. I I told her I had something a few weeks ago and she stated "this item we haven't had this for 4 months. Mind you, I had this item 3 weeks ago. Despite what I was saying, she keept repeating with attitude that this item isn't here n hasn't since 4 months ago. It's not about this item, it is the tone in which everything was stated. . The food was fine, just the sevice was an issue.

Worst experience ever at a Sonic. Apparently folks working must have been new to their job with little or no training or they did NOT care at all about customer service. Seemed totally confused and wasted a great amount of time on my simple order. Recommend giving your folks some training in customer service. Food was great as usual, that is once I finally got it.

Not sure what the problem was but it took forever and I was unable to order or pay electronically. Felt we were actually retro. The food was ok but not really with the money and certainly not the wait.
Food was great! And the employees were awesome!! The former Tate Students that are employees came out ant talked to us about the game (Tate Won!) And we enjoyed their company!!
