The girls are usually very nice. The black boy for whatever reason always has an attitude, never brings you what you ask for and on several occasions wanted to keep my change. You have to ask for it back or they'll just take it, no matter the amount. Had to call back in to get my $10 on one occasion after he didn't come back.
It's been several years since I last ate Sonic. After my last visit at a different location that got my order completely wrong and had me wait over fifteen minutes for the wrong order, I decided that I was done with this chain for a while. However, it was a wonderful day, and I was craving a Sonic Blast, so I decided to try them again. It was fine. No errors were made. The food was correct, and I had no problems. A pretty low bar set, wouldn't you say? But it was satisfactory....read full review

My negative experience is with the sonic app/online ordering system. I was trying to order the french toast sticks for the $1.99 price today and the online order system did not apply the reduction. This is not the 1st time it has happened so please fix the bug so it doesn't keep occurring.
