My negative experience is with the sonic app/online ordering system. I was trying to order the french toast sticks for the $1.99 price today and the online order system did not apply the reduction. This is not the 1st time it has happened so please fix the bug so it doesn't keep occurring.

The girls are usually very nice. The black boy for whatever reason always has an attitude, never brings you what you ask for and on several occasions wanted to keep my change. You have to ask for it back or they'll just take it, no matter the amount. Had to call back in to get my $10 on one occasion after he didn't come back.

It's been several years since I last ate Sonic. After my last visit at a different location that got my order completely wrong and had me wait over fifteen minutes for the wrong order, I decided that I was done with this chain for a while. However, it was a wonderful day, and I was craving a Sonic Blast, so I decided to try them again. It was fine. No errors were made. The food was correct, and I had no problems. A pretty low bar set, wouldn't you say? But it was satisfactory. As such, I won't wait another two years to eat at Sonic again. This store did well.

I hate when I order a large sprite only to get home and find out it is nothing more than carbonated water. Actually pissed me off and it happens more times than not. I will just have to try the drink before I leave the drive through to ensure I am getting what I paid for! Ridiculous!

As good a Sonic as any, maybe better than some. Quick service in the drive through, and my order has always been correct so far.
So I'm pregnant and so I crave the ice and a few other things from there I go every night to get me a drink and maybe a bag of ice or something to snack on. There is a guy who is the window tenant and he never gives you your change he's rude and ignores you. And 3 times I've gotten my medium drink and a bag of ice the total is $6.11 I handed him a 10 or 2 5s on the other to occasions all 3 times he only gives back 3$ . I tried to say something to him but he hurriedly shut the window and kept talking to the other employees. A week ago I ordered a snack and a drink he was there and I asked for my change he didn't even try to give me my $1.23 change. I understand we are all struggling but I work 2 jobs and am a single parent just to provide for my kids. My little sonic is the only Luxury I have given myself. It's not right to just take ! You never know what another person is going threw.
