Employees are super friendly.
Unfriendly staff, and the servers kept delivering food to the wrong cars. They even brought us an order that wasn't ours before we had even placed one ourselves. On top of that, half of the ordering kiosks weren't working and you couldn't even eat on-site, so I didn't even end up ordering.
You never know what you're going to get at this Sonic location. Sometimes you can't get anything because they are not taking orders (seriously, happened twice to us.) Food items are inconsistently made. I can say that the staff has always been friendly and appear to be working very hard. I have a feeling they are always short staffed and have a high employee turnover rate.
