I visited twice giving them a second chance a few days later. Drinks both times tasted like they never clean their machines. Food took forever to get and was not hot when delivered. Seemed very unorganized both times. Not the typical Sonic experience...not even close.

Their screens were messed up. Food was all good except for my coney, the bread was really short for some reason. Overall it's a sonic and I've seen worse but it's a fast food joint I wasn't expecting much.

Just ordered and checked in through the app. After about 5 minutes of checking in someone started to walk out with a tray of food but turned around. After about 25 min I pushed the order button and ask if they received my order. They said they did and the same girl I had seen start to walk out earlier came out with my food. The ice cream was completely melted and the hot food was cold. I am confident that was my tray of food she started walking out with shortly after arrival. I don't know what made her turn around and not deliver my food but they could have at least made me fresh food. I was in a big red truck right outside their front door. There's no way they didn't see me. What makes the situation worse is the person that delivered my food lied and said my check in didn't come through on their side. Then why did you start to walk out with my food?

Great. The Foot Long Coney Dogs are 1/2 price throughout December, at least that was my cost and the info received from my customer service rep. What a great surprise for breakfast and for the holidays, because I really had a taste for a sausage or hot dog.?

Trick r treat blast is yummy. There was a bit of a wait as they were pretty busy. The cashier guy was very friendly. No problem with the wait. Got us some .50 cent corn dogs also.

It’s a Sonic. Normally, enough said. I’m compelled to report that while the food is what you’d expect, the service is always very slow.I appreciate the apparent challenges and shortage of qualified workforce, but it’s supposed to be fast food.Yesterday, I visited through the drive through twice, both times to grab a “quick” soft drink. Both times, I waited far too long, and it wasn’t even busy or overloaded.I waited about 10 minutes the first time. I begrudgingly stopped for a second chance, but my wait was over 15 minutes.I’m done spending my precious time to get 1/2 price drinks.

Ray, the manager showed his team what true customer service is about today. Our burgers were excellent, fries were perfect, but I accidentally knocked over my girlfriend's strawberry shake inside our car as soon as it arrived! Strawberry shake was oozing out of the bottom of the busted cup all over the backseat floorboard. Ray grabbed a handful of paper towels, then quickly brought back some wet, thicker towels to help clean up the mess. Ray asked us if we needed anything else at least 3 more times. Then, a couple minutes later brought a fresh, new shake! No one gives that kind of customer care nowadays. Big kudos to Ray for being a bright spot in our messy world today!
