Papa John's in Pensacola

“I accidentally submitted a review as my daughter.This was not intentional, my autistic daughter wanted to post something on another website and see her name on it.I just forgot to change accounts on my phone before i submitted the review. (All my comments were true, however. The owner should fix the A/C right away!)“

“I ordered one of the new steak sub sandwiches or whatever they are called. They are my new obsession. I have had it a few times prior from different locations but when I came I ordered two of them. When I got in the car, I could smell that one of them was overcooked. It was mine. So I brought it back inside and the guy at the counter told me there was nothing that they could do about it. They couldn't control how they came out.. which I knew was not accurate because my son's was cooked perfectly and I bought them a few times before and they were always perfect. He asked another employee that was working, I believe he was the one making the sandwiches, he was absolutely adorable. I apologized for the inconvenience and he made me a new one and even let me keep The burnt one which my son ate and I was happy about that because I don't believe in being wasteful. I just have a thing with toasted bread as it is so it can't be overtoasted. It was absolutely delicious and I adored the guy that remade my sandwich. He was such a cutie pie. Such a nice person. I wish I wouldve caught his name because he deserves praise.“

“Went here with my family a few weeks back. It was on a saturday during lunchtime, so I reckoned it would just be the usual cramped and noisy and maybe dirty pizzeria, with maybe some kids being annoying and screaming. But I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised.

The place looked pretty nice and respectable, no food on the floors or anything really dirty, even tho the place was really full when we got there. Even with the amount of people, the staff managed pretty decently at taking their orders and serving the food. It's thanks to that that we managed to get our food in just a few minutes (mind you, last pizzeria we went to forgot that we were there and we had to order again 30 minutes after the 1st time).

Food was pretty good as well, on top of being served fast, probably the best pizza we've had on a Papa John's restaurant. The two we ordered had good balance between ingredients and was left in the oven for just the right amount of time.

I also have to say that I, for once, felt welcome in fast food establishment. Normally we're dealing with people who pretty obviously just want their shift to be over, but here the staff was very welcoming and made us feel like we they cared about our experience which, again, is extremely rare in these kinds of places.

Overall, if we ever find ourselves back in Pensacola and we feel like eating some good ol' pizza, we'll definitely come back here!“

“GM Sarah is absolutely AMAZING! Super sweet and she has a heart of gold. I would highly recommend her Papa Johns store, not just because of her, but because I always get the most fresh and deliciously hot food in a quicker time than any other food service I've ordered from. Whether it's her, or the employees- the entire store deserves a raise.“
