“I have been going to this McDonald's for years because it is the closest location to my work. It used to be one of the worst but it has seriously turned it around with a change in staff. I have had a lot of multiple run ins with the new staff, and manager even, and had nothing but great experiences. The food has been prepared well and I no longer get hung up on long wait times like before. This place really turned it around. I am a bit nervous as they hired a new younger girl with glasses who was very rude, but I am hoping that given the rest of the location being as improved as it is, that this won't be much of an issue. I think this will still remain my favorite mcdonalds branch in pensacola.“
“My daughter loves to come here to play on the indoor playground. The service is good and food is good.Kid-friendliness: The indoor playground is safe and fun for the kids. There are tables in the play area so parents can watch their kids playing at all times. Most of the time, the parents do a good job supervising their children. Good environment.“
“Hold on folks I have an amazing antidote to tell you. This McDonald's opened maybe a year ago or so, I can't remember exactly when it opened as I don't go to McDonald's very often. I didn't pay that much attention to it. With that being said, I will say that I do love McDonald's sausage muffins. I went to this McDonald's one morning when I was going out of town, to purchase the McDonald's muffin. I was shocked it was crispy brown like a toasted muffin. The McMuffin and the sausage was hot and the cheese was melted. In other words, it was the perfect muffin. I've been several times since then. Fast forward a few months later, and I had company in town and three of these people were young children. One of those guests was a precocious young lady, who demanded something different than her siblings. She wanted McDonald's then she complained that they won't get the order right at McDonald's. I informed her I thought they would because this was a very good McDonald's. Possibly one of the best McDonald's I have ever patronized. So with her special ordered McDonald's hamburger without onions. She was shocked that the order was correct. I had noted that every time I have gone their employees had all been bright very and very efficient, One of my odd orders has been to order a ice coffee with no liquid sugar or flavoring, I have never had an incorrect order at this McDonald's. I can't comment on the ambience as I have never been inside. I can only confirm every order and interactive with an employee at this location has been positive. So much so I was compelled to add this McDonald's to Yelp, they know how to do McDonald's food correctly, and with a smile. The management at this McDonald's is doing something right and I hope the owner knows their management team and employees are step above all other McDonald's in this area! If you have a picky child this is the McDonald's for you!“
“If y’all go to this location then you’ll know who I’m talking about. Navy Boulevard has this one guy who typically works the drive thru most days for breakfast or lunch & he is THE best. Not only is he always kind with a great attitude (despite whatever might be going on in the kitchen with people being rude) he is patient, extremely efficient at getting people through & taking down orders right the first time. He always has a smile on his face & gives 10/10 professionalism. I think his name is Zachary.“
“Okay, folks. It's McDonald's. The food is what it is. Service was fast enough, but ordered a plain hamburger Happy Meal and it came with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and slivered onions. Not the end of the world, but aggravating. Food was hot and fast, though.“

Carmel frappe is fckn amazing, best sweet tea of any fast food placeRegardless of being short staffed and very busy (Halloween night) service was still quick, management wasn't screaming at staff, staff was very friendly and attentive. “Really enjoyed our stop here today! Food was fresh (as much as fast food can be), employees were very friendly and service was prompt.My only complaint is that the floor needs a thorough sweep and mop, but with as busy as they are it's not hard to see that they probably just don't have adequate staff to cover all their bases.I'll definitely come back!?“
“I was waiting in drive thru (it was extremely busy) & overhead the car beside me rudely refuse to wait when the employee asked her to give her just a minute. It was obvious they were slammed & really trying to take care of the customers. The “Karen” customer at the drive had the employee almost in tears, Btw, The employee was a 17-year-old in training (How many 17-year-olds even want to work these days?). Anyway, the Karen lady at the drive-thru yelled something nasty & drove off. I was very impressed with how the manager diffused the situation & maintained professionalism with staff and customers. It’s obvious everywhere we go today people are shortstaffed, a little patience & kindness will go along. This situation occurred at approximately 6:00 PM today, I hope McDonald’s higher ups appreciates the staff and management on this shift.“
“This McDonald’s deserves a high rating, the taste is the best I have had in the United States. Some of the staff are disabled, so the speed and quality of service may be affected, but they are all working hard. Please be understanding and supportive of the friends who come to the store. We ordered McDonald’s chicken nuggets, burgers, apple pies and fries.The chicken nuggets are still crispy and delicious even when they are cold, they are very well done, we ate 20 pieces and still not enough, and added 10 more. The burgers are also the familiar taste, very delicious. The fries are fried just right, very tasty.“
“well I stopped by there today with my son & ordered the spicy chicken ?sandwich, my son ordered a six piece chicken nuggets Happy meal We waited for about 10 minutes and my order came up and then the man told me they had just dropped the spicy chicken and I mentioned I had ordered quite some time ago & glad I wasn't in a rush, he apologized and said there was some new kids working back there. I then waited another 15 minutes probably before the sandwich finally came out He apologized when he handed it to me for taking so long and told me he had another one coming in just a few minutes, well let me tell you that's the first time in a very long time that I've been compensated for having to wait in a so-called fast food place,It is the right thing to do although it's hardly ever done anymore. My hat goes off to this man I don't know if he was the owner or just the manager I should have asked his name but I was needing to leave by the time we were finished I had to go pick up my daughter from school so I didn't have time to get his name He is the gentleman in the picture below He did an excellent job excellent customer service He has earned a customer at that location from his kindness and his correct response to the problem. “This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to including one of the first McDonald's in Columbus Ohio in 1961! The young man serving me was very good and fast. The senior lady cleaning was as charming and helpful as the best waitress I have ever had. She was diligently cleaning with vigor. Makes me feel safe in these times if COVID and worst flu season ever. These two genuinely want McDonald's on Creighton Road to be the best. As a nurse I appreciate this. They are also aware of the service dogs laws and rules.Thanks mc d coffee was good too!“
