McDonald's in Pensacola

“This is a new McDonald's the fries were very hot and good. I personally don't like how no one takes your offer and there is no one up front. Everyone is in the back unless they happen to come up there. Seems like a delivery only type store yet they put booths for dine in.“

“The girl taking my order was a little pushy almost , I mean it is fast food so I can understand to an extent but she literally handed me my sandwich (without my sauce I asked for on it ) that was apart of a whole meal I ordered and pretty much tried to rush me off with it without even realizing I hadn't paid yet or been given the rest of my order. I'd definitely say at first I was not a fan of her or her attitude , but she got me everything I asked for and by the end of it I was very pleased with her. She was young and it was late so I can only imagine she was just done with the night and ready to go home but she seemed like a pleasant girl by the end of it.“

“Kylon (sp?) is such a positive person. I stop by to get coffee and hash-browns most mornings, & his smile and kind, helpful attitude put a positive spin at the beginning of my day :) Really makes a difference when I’m facing a tough day. Thanks!“

“the management team at this location is outstanding. they handled a situation quickly and discreetly and with no escalation. what happened very well could have been an accident to begin with, and was not managements fault or anyone on that shift. but they handled it with perfect professionalism. its not a risk to anyone so im not putting the details or drama in this review. I just really respect and appreciate how they handled the situation.“

“Atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was efficiently friendly. They were busy, but still made my order in a few minutes. And to my surprise their kiosks were not broken. No offense to other McDonald's, of course. Great customer service, tasty food, and puts the fast in fast food.“

“I just wanted to give kudos to one of the employees. The heavier set black lady has impeccable customer service. I watched her greet every customer in the drive thru and ask how they were doing. No matter their reaction she smiled and was polite with them. She is a star and really made my day while I waited on my coffee.“

“I got to be honest, I have never been served table side at any McDonald's across the country, it was a welcome experience, we even bought value meals but felt the real value was the service and clean eatery.
These folks definitely earned our return visit“

“It has been a long time since I got the service that I received from this particular restaurant. They were extremely nice did not hesitate to make a fresh pot of coffee even at 8:00 at night so that I can have a full thermos. The food was really good fresh and hot. It is so nice to be able to say thank you with a huge smile on my face when speaking to the staff who have gone out of their way to make me happy.“

“Honestly, for a mcdonalds or fast food in general, this was one of my better experiences. The young lady who worked the front while I was there was extremely nice and honestly made me feel like I was at a normal sit-down spot.

She asked if everything tasted okay, asked if we needed anything else, just overall a super charming young woman who literally didnt need to do that. As a visitor from California just trying to slam a burger, this young lady made me feel like a valued customer. I know it sounds crazy, but she was very genuine.

“98% chance your order is wrong and you will be treated as an inconvenience for choosing to drive thru to order food. This is simply getting ridiculous. Fast food is a full customer service job and some workers total make paying customers feel like us as customer are a bother. Horrible to pay for food to receive crappy service and food order wrong“

“Obviously fast food chains have quick turnover with staff, but holy smokes! These folks are the epitome of what fast food should be! I've gone there several times on my way to work the last couple months, and each time, they have been pleasant, fast as heck, and my food has come to me exactly as I've ordered.

I have to applaud their hiring manager or just store manager for either hiring or training their folks to be friendly, personable, and most importantly for fast food, quick! Everyone at this location I've interacted with the last 2 months have been top notch!

Dont let the score fool you. We all know reviews more often than not come from the disgruntled who have been wronged in some way for a slight error like 1 too few ketchup packets. But I gotta give it up, at least for the recent breakfast crew. Y'all are killing it!! Thank you!!“

“My friend & I went through the drive through and ordered two orders at approximately 10:40ish pm. They pull us up to the third window, we had no issues, everyone up until this point was wonderful - then, a white girl (we didn’t get a name) comes up and asks us, “you had the quarter pounder with cheese?” To which my friend in the driver’s seat said “yes, we ALSO had the 20 pc nugget, 2 large fries, mcdouble & cheeseburger”, EMPHASIS ON ‘ALSO.’ She walked off before we could once again reiterate we had 2 orders, a guy comes up and hands us our food no issue. We say “is the quarter pounder in here as well?” just in case, and he asks the same girl from before, to which she raises her voice where we can hear her THROUGH THE WINDOW, “I JUST ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD THAT AND THEY SAID NO.” Incorrect. Everyone else was pleasant except for her, and all we had for the second order was just that one quarter pounder. I hope whoever runs this McDonald’s doesn’t tolerate that kind of behavior and attitude.“

“This location is disgusting. the floor was so greasy. I had to tip toe while walking out. this place was unsafe. I tried to speak to the Manager who had a red shirt and black pants and was a Black overweight man. I asked him if I can discuss the condition of the floor and he looked at me and walked away. This place was a filthy mess. Stay away“

“We ordered a double cheeseburger with no cheese, and also accidentally place it inside, but when we went through the drive through they still gave it to us… I ended up having cheese so we went back through.. they were so delightful and so polite, they offered to give us a second burger and then we were given a free fry and a toy and they were just so delightful“
