Thank you McDonald's on Airport, Pensacola Florida for making my Mom's day! We were there yesterday getting breakfast, and my Mom noticed she had not gotten the doughnut she thought she had ordered. We looked at our receipt and sure enough - no doughnut listed. At that very second, the cashier came up, said she was sorry that she had forgotten to put the doughnut on, and gave us a free doughnut! Asked for extra onions literally had a sticker on burgers that said extra onions both had none ranch wrap had no ranch like serious y'all do better this is sad
Horrible service...long wait in heat with 3 cars in front of me..then I get to window and the guy hands me a watery mocha frappe and did nothing about it...got home and yep taste Horrible lole creamer and water ...no one wanted to answer the phone and everyone there where very rude when o was there...calling corporate I was pressured in to buying a drink that made me sick..I always drink frappe and never ever did it taste like melted ice water
