The problem with McDonalds automating ordering is they miss opportunities to upsell, and truly make guest happy. Went here for breakfast and the system would not let me upgrade my drink to a large tea instead of a small. Then when the food came out I asked for a single sweet and sour sauce and was told “they charge for that”… ok I’ll pay for it how much is it? And was told I have to use the automated system. (For a .25-.50 cent item? Really?) I went to get a refill of my tea since I could only order a small and was told I had to order a whole new tea through the system. Sad. And now I remember why I haven’t been to a McDonalds in years. And won’t again for many more

Employees look miserable and sagg their pants and wear goodies. The tables were all dirty while the cleaning emp outside cleaning lazy walk crazy he was more focused cleaning outside then in. The manager was like a masculine female with the same attitude face not managing her employees and the cashier had no knowledge of how to operate the app from Macdonald. This brand is a huge disappointment.

The restaurant really could have been in better shape. The tables were dirty. The floors were messy. My order didn't come out right. The staff really couldn't care any less about anything. Skip coming here and find somewhere else to go.

Almost $5.00 for three pancakes. Thats outrageous. Cost maybe .35 cents. Profit is not a dirty word but stock holders from MCDONALD'S will learn the hard way, I believe. A company that disrespects its customers will soon suffer fewer customers.

It’s early in the morning. I was expecting to be greeted rudely. I’ve been to McDonald’s everywhere in the Pensacola area, and in different cities/states. They’re always the same. Rude people. Especially in the morning.But the customer service was so so nice I really had to come leave a review. They made my frappe PERFECT. It’s not the same everywhere. They really filled my cup up and made it like the photo that is advertised. I got confused when ordering and I switched it, the girl taking my order was so so nice. When I went through the window she was even nicer! The guys making my order were very kind as well. Both of them said good morning, and talked to me a bit while they prepared my frappe. The McGriddle was good as well and also looked like the photo advertised. Overall, I am so so happy. If all McDonald’s had employees like these employees I think the atmosphere would be awesome. Thank you guys, for the food and excellent service. (Photo attached to show I went and if management sees this they can pinpoint who worked this day.) my greedy self ate all my food ASAP.

We went through and asked for a number 5, she didn't hear us, so we repeated a 10 piece nugget meal. When we went to pay she was taking another order, so we pulled forward to get our order. We realized it wasn't a meal, and when we asked if she could correct it by adding fries and a drink, she was EXTREMELY rude and said she wasn't the one who took our order, and if we wanted our order corrected, we had to go back through the drive thru. We left to go to another McDonald's and will absolutely never return to that location.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!! The lady with the purple hair (I’m assuming your manager) said she could not give me a refund right now after waiting on my order for over 15 minutes. I was unable to receive my refund. I was Running late for work and had to leave without getting my refund.Her professionalism was subpar. I placed my order as a curbside order.After waiting over 10 minutes, I came inside. Before I could attract her attention, she mentioned to her coworkers that she is not coming outside to give out any food. ?I looked on the screen and my order number 1919 was not there. So thats when I inquired about the status of my order. 10 dollars and 41 cents ordered at 7:31pm 12/24/2023. Very very displeased with your customer service. 1500 Airport Boulevard Pensacola Florida location
