“I’m closer to the one on Airport but I choose this one because every time I go there the service is on point. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff there you have great service they’re always very friendly. I usually eat my breakfast there so I know the morning staff is great. I really like this location.“

“This McDonald’s was very clean and kind. Although they had some delay with the counter they went above and beyond to correct and compensate any mistakes without hesitation or fuss. They were very polite and had excellent customer service with fresh hot food.“

“My food was hot, they pulled me up but I wasn't there for long and they put everything in the bag. Everybody had a pleasant attitude and it was during Mardi Gras season. Sometimes people have a 'tude and get rude, especially during the boom boom. You ladies did good, you have my vote lol.“

“I went through the drive-through, and I had to wait. However, when the manager, I believe her name was Tasha came out. I asked for a receipt, and she was so kind and went back and got the receipt. I also noticed that my drink was flat, and she gave me no attitude. She is a great example of what a manager should be for a restaurant.“

“I visited the McDonald's on 2692 Government Blvd ,Mobile Alabama. The one on the service rd. the only street I can think near is pleasant valley rd. Yall let me tell you something the service was excellent. The good morning how can I help you, to the what else can I get you, to the coffee is hot just made it, to have a great day. I have visited quite a few McDonald's and none can compare to this one. I actually made a point to go back the next day and Yall they did not disappoint. This McDonald's is not the closest to me, but I take my nephew to school and I decided to stop at Walmart and remembered that it's a McDonald's down the street, so I went through the drive thru. Long story short I went the next day also and with so much happening in the world it makes you think. Humanity lives in us all, we just need to dig deeper to bring it out. A smile, good morning can make someone's day. 😊“

I was so happy he asked if I would prefer to order at the counter via the Kiosk. He made my experience so much nicer not having to fight the Kiosk.

“This place was packed out in the drive thru and inside the store but they were very efficient and organized and worked at a very fast pace and moved the drive thru line and front counter line in a timely manner and got all the customers on their way quickly and got all orders out quick and accurately.“

“came to this McDonalds right before closing and was worried about the staff being upset, but instead we were met with the warmest, most kind people I’ve ever met working at any McDonalds location. Aalycia and Kecia were so personable and had the biggest smiles even though they closed in 2 minutes, and got us out of there with smiles on ours. I plan to go out of my way to come to this locations specifically just because of them.“

“I went through the drive-thru last night and the lady at the window was so sweet and so polite and very friendly you don't see that very much anymore customer service is just about going out of the window but anyway it was a wonderful experience and then when I went to the next window to get my food the young lady was real sweet and she gave me my drink and I actually drove off without my food but when I got home and realized I didn't have it I went back and they still had it waiting for me so it was really nice“

“Worked the Kiosk for order. Not faster than waiting to order. My KS#1 2/21/26 @ 1:07 pm Happy Meal did give me the milk ordered. Didn't notice until I arrived home. Tried calling the phone number on receipt and website for store #4575 doesn't work.“

“I have been visiting this spot since the new owner have taken over and i can say it have got a whole lot better special the drive through and the front counter the management have even got better with they attitude and most of all they are very friendly the haven't been as bad as it was with the last owner u can tell that the new owner is really bringing this store back together and they have these fried apple pies are so delicious i hope they keep them i am proud to say i will be back“

“Once I walked up to the counter to place my order .there was no one at the register. Fast food hasn't really been fast .. Since the first 15 cent cheese burgers were served . Price is standard I think. My complaints are 2 and number is the milk shake machine. Your ice cream machines, are broken all across America. I've been to many.. WILL YALL EVER FIX THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ? O. UNTIL NEXT TIME . I always ask for the ice cream cone .“

“Service wasn't great only register open was drive through until a lady complained and then they opened the front register. Prior manager didn't leave front register open before leaving from her shift ( we overheard someone say it ).“
