The service at this location is the forth worst location in Mobile behind Saraland, Citronelle, and Downtown Mobile. They service is slow for the most part. They miscommunicate orders due to undertrained individuals unless a manager is present on expedite, things can move slowly. The kitchen tends to overdue condiments on sandwiches and make the sandwiches sloppy. The fires tend to be over or under salted 4/5 visits. Fast food means standing at the counter waiting for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, then still having to call to have a cashier to notice you. Then waiting for 25 minutes for a to go order. Poor excuse for a McDonald’s.
Big surprise, this McDonald's is also terrible. I suggest any other restaurant in the area. I was ordering food and the menu disappeared. I pointed it out to the lady over the speaker and she got an attitude, and said," we don't have control over the menu," as if it were common knowledge. They also got our order wrong.
