The service at this location is the forth worst location in Mobile behind Saraland, Citronelle, and Downtown Mobile. They service is slow for the most part. They miscommunicate orders due to undertrained individuals unless a manager is present on expedite, things can move slowly. The kitchen tends to overdue condiments on sandwiches and make the sandwiches sloppy. The fires tend to be over or under salted 4/5 visits. The only place you can have a bad experience and return due to the experience varies all the time.

Fast food means standing at the counter waiting for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, then still having to call to have a cashier to notice you. Then waiting for 25 minutes for a to go order. Poor excuse for a McDonald’s.

Big surprise, this McDonald's is also terrible. I suggest any other restaurant in the area. I was ordering food and the menu disappeared. I pointed it out to the lady over the speaker and she got an attitude, and said," we don't have control over the menu," as if it were common knowledge. They also got our order wrong. Who would have guessed? I don't expect much other than the bare minimum, but this is location sets the bar even lower, somehow. My daughter went through drive through last night ordered a frapee she said we don't make those here at this store when she pulled up to pay asked again no we don't make those really I was just there December 26th and got 2 because I ordered a large they gave me wrong size had to go around park get out go inside and they made a small to go with it so they stopped making them in about 1 week sounds like they just didn't want to make one

Ordered 2 Big Mac meals. Wanted coke with both, out of coke, settled for Fruit punch. Sandwich cold, cheese cold, a pinch of big Mac sauce on both with lettuce not enough . Fries cold. Sausage patty for meat. Totally unacceptable. This location is pathetic
