I don’t know if anyone actually reads this. I can say my order is usually correct when I get my order, which is rare for any McDonald’s. However, when you go inside the restaurant the customer service there is not existent they just stare at you and continue your own with their day. A smile and an acknowledgment goes a long way! The drive-through takes forever.
Mcdonalds has gone way down hill. You can't even get a person to ring up an order. They are even getting rid of the indoor sitting in some. Have to use a kiosk to order. People my age refuse to do this. Thanks and goodbye Mcdonalds.
