Customer service was great. The atmosphere was very welcoming both outside and inside.
I get my coffee at Starbucks every morning for the last 8yrs, a grande latte with 2 Splenda’s extra hot. For the last 2yrs the Hillcrest location has been my favorite 🤩 location. I love the crew at Hillcrest especially my barista Adrian, he is always in a positive and uplifting mood which is just what I need @5:45a.m., a cup of coffee and a smile. I no longer live in the Hillcrest Road area but I choose this location because of the crew you have working this location.
I live within a mile of another Starbucks, and it would be much more convenient for me to go there but I choose to make the trip to the Hillcrest & Grelot location. The entire morning staff is absolutely the best in Mobile. They are always so personable. I love being greeted with a smile every morning, Everyone is great but I would like to recognize Adrian as one of my absolute favorites. Adrian brings so much positive energy to the atmosphere.
