The floor and bathroom was disgusting! There were wet floor signs in several spots, but a spilled drink would have been an improvement over that. I used the kiosk to order, it printed me a blank receipt. Once I got my order, I was informed they didn’t have 1 of the ingredients I paid extra for. No refund or anything, just that the espresso machine isn’t working right now.
place my order online for curbside pickup and an employee inside. holler at me and said go get in line. I went around to the lobby door which was locked and they're supposed to be open. I assume there's some reason probably short-handed that caused them to close the lobby but it didn't cause them to be ugly to the customers and make me get behind a long line to pick up my food which was already ready and was cold by the time I got it.if I hadn't already paid for it, I certainly...read full review
