Hardee's in Pensacola

“I live 50 miles away, but when I make a morning shopping trip to Pensacola for my wife, she can shop all she wants as long as I get to stop here. I don’t know how much they pay the biscuit chef at this Hardee’s, but it can’t possibly be enough.“

“Great place, all was very nice and outgoing. Went out of their way to make sure we was good and even gave us refills. The only issue was two of the four of us had our food wrong. A guy came in from the street same issue. A chicken sandwich was given when we ordered a honey hot chicken and biscuit for example.“

“One of the best fast food places in the area. Staff is always friendly from top to bottom. Food is fast and correct. Been here quite a few times over the last couple months and they are top notch. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but they deserve a good one👍“

“We stopped at this Hardee’s to use the restroom and grab a late breakfast traveling from Florida to Texas. The bathrooms were very clean and the shift manager was exceptional! (I believe his name was Brandon Jackson) We were shown such warm customer service… that young man is going places! Our food came out hot and fresh. Restaurant and tables were clean. Overall wonderful experience.“

“I just want to give a shout out to Kristen I believe she's the manager at this location. She's absolutely amazing! Very sweat and attentive to her customers needs. Everytime I've been in here she's always on top of her job. If your order is wrong unlike many places where you get an aggravated employee that makes you completely uncomfortable to approach or deal with to fix your order, Kristen is pleasant to deal with and goes that extra mile to making sure your order is correct and greeting you with a smile. There's nothing better than waking up at breakfast and getting impeccable service from someone in a good mood with a smile on their face. How you start your morning to me sets your whole days mood. Thank you Kristin for being so awesome and kind and doing such a good job at what you do! YOU ROCK!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Service!!! 🥰💗
This location is clean and food is fresh, hot and delicious. Hardee's biscuits are the best biscuits around!
This is an edit update so for the last 2 days Kristen hasn't been here. I've came for breakfast and wanted to use my rewards since I'm a loyal Hardee's breakfast eater on a daily basis. The QR scanner is broken they're telling me and yet 1 guy whenever here has no problem manually putting in my rewards but since he isn't here I'm being told I can't use my rewards smh this is ridiculous that nobody is trained or knows how to take care of rewards that we've spent money and loyally came here and earned to use. This is not ok and very upsetting to me for something to be advertised that we can use and yet you can't 😤 If Kristen was here this definitely wouldn't be this way.“
