“This subway is great, the location is always very busy during lunch but the staff they have is always fast! They are super friendly and they seem to actually enjoy being there! The food is like most other subways but at most of the other ones I find myself having to ask them to put more toppings again and again but at this location they know how to perfect a sandwich like none other!“

“Found this Subway while leaving the Veteran's Administration in Pensacola on my way back to Panama City Beach. The restaurant looked like a dive from the outside, like it really shouldn't be there as it wasn't clean around the building and panhandelers were seen on the street corner. But once I walked in, everything was bright and shiny, no dirt anywhere. Bathrooms were clean. I was greeted by the server when I entered; They were happy to see me. I ordered a ham sandwich and the toppings were very good, they looked very fresh. On my way out the staff said. Have a great day!“

His positive attitude and attention to detail make all the difference. Every time I visit, he goes out of his way to make sure my order is perfect, and he’s always super friendly and efficient. “Very nice place first time I was in there normally I go to the store inside the Walmart on mobile hwy almost always have fresh cut meat and vegetables what makes there sandwiches taste better than the other subway in town until they burned all the bread that day and served it anyway never again this subway on Michigan Ave close to mobile hwy took the number 1 spot on subway sandwiches I highly recommend eating her or ordering from this store only“

“I love Subway and even more so when they have coupons out but at this location I keep getting this fair complexion, Ginger who is vampire drained of all personality. She looks right at you and just goes through the motions with no personality or thrill to try to suggest a sale. I have nothing against her I just wish she would smile and pretend she enjoy her job and believes in the product she is suppose to be selling. Other than that I LOVE THIS LOCATION! I'm giving a 4star rating due to the dread of walking in and she is fixing my food. Sorry.“

“I had the best experience today because of HALEY!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and amazing energy!! Haley was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She offered suggestions and answered every question that I had. She went above and beyond!! Today I received the absolute best customer service I've experienced in a very long time! I typically always see him later in the afternoon during the week, and he is very sweet and polite to everyone who walks through the door. His devotion shouldn't go unnoticed, but I know it does. Great worker and guy for sure in my book. He makes the Subway sandwiches taste better. 😋“

The bread is always fresh the veggies and meats as well.. but that's not all that keeps me coming back the service is top notch they are so friendly and kind other subways act like it's to much to make a sub however I went multiple times to this exact location and after the 2nd time she knew exactly what I wanted (I don't stray from what I like) did I mention the bread is ALWAYS fresh .. literally the only subway I will ever go to again ... “I don't understand why for the last 2 times I came here that I cannot have my sandwich made the way I want it. Either I need to find a new sandwich shop or the girl needs to be retrained. “The drive-through speaker didn’t work too well but they let me get a kids meal and they let me add all the stuff to it that I wanted. i’m very grateful because I’m getting over a stomach bug and cannot eat more than a kids meal. I really can’t even eat a kids meal right now. The drive-through does stink pretty bad badly, but I’ve noticed that at most drive-through’s.“

“I had a great experience at Subway and I’m honestly very satisfied. The atmosphere was really pleasant, the place was clean, and everything felt well organized. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. They really listened to what toppings I wanted and made sure everything was exactly how I liked it.

I especially want to mention Santos and Kiye, they were amazing. Their behavior was warm, respectful, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. Because of them, I already feel like I want to go back again.

As for the food quality, it was excellent. The sandwich was delicious, and all the toppings were very fresh. Overall, everything tasted great and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!“
