Where do I start? The vodka sauce on the rigatoni tasted like Chef Boyardee in a can. The meatballs were dry because you use two meats and not three which should be veal as the third meat and fried in olive oil not baked in the oven. My wife's short rib truffle arancini appetizer was cold.
