“I visit the 9 mile road store about 3 times a week and it is always great. Friday 7/21/23 I ordered a smoothie that just wasn't quite right and I didn't realize it until I got to work. First chance I got I called them and the young woman that answered the phone was so nice and understood. I don't usually call and complain but this is a meal replacement so I really wanted my smoothie. ? I had actually gotten this smoothie at a lesser price because of rewards, so I felt even worse calling but she took care of it without hesitation! There was training going on. Things happen! I didn't get her name but thank you so much!!!!! I want to also add that customer service is fantastic. Everyone that I have encountered is always smiling and courteous and has helped me figure out the menu while on this "get fit" journey!!!!!! Thanks everyone!!!!!!“
