There is this one girl who I always see, her name I think is Kaitlin. I absolutely adore her. She is so sweet, and is always smiling!! Great customer service!! Thank you for making my post workout smoothie to absolute perfection every time!
Ordered pick-up only to find the lobby closed at 5:30pm during rush hour. Had a sign by the door lobby closed, drive-thru only. Hard to see with the long drive-thru line. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get thru drive-thru to pick up my order. The employee was nice at window.
