I ordered it online so I didn't talk to anyone on the phone but that's just as good because they wouldn't have answered anyway...
However, are order did not have the drinks with it.
I texted the door dasher that dropped it off. No response.
Texted the Panda Express number. no response.
Called Panda Express on the phone, MULTIPLE times.NO ANSWER.
Not only did the company refuse to make write what they fail to deliver but they didn't even have the decency or courtesy...read full review

I understand closing the lobby early to prioritize cleaning and efficiency. But as a doordash driver, the lobby should remain open for delivery only. Had to wait 30 min in a very long drive thru line in order to receive my doordash delivery order (when I’m sure it was done sooner than that). Waiting like this causes me to lose tips and other orders that I could’ve taken instead. Maybe just keep the right door on the other side open, not the main entrance… so that only delivery...read full review
