I took my family of 6, which included my special needs granddaughter. I told them she would not eat the food there, she colored the entire meal and ate nothing. she didn't get a hot pot, nothing. but they still charged me $40 for her meal, told me they had to since she was at the table. my bill was almost $300. it was way too over priced, and not very fair. good was OK, but that ruined the meal for me.
First time having Korean barbecue, definitely the experience, will be returning food is awesome. Staff was super friendly.
Been multiple times and even brought friends quite a few times. We have an 8 year old who is celiac. We have tried the GF but there’s only one base for hot pot and not kid friendly at all. So we went in tonight and I mentioned we were waiting for my husband as he was grabbing our 8 year old celiac something to eat. Orders are placed by tablets at your table, and food is brought out almost instantly. The staff is eager to please, friendly, and will happily instruct guests who do not know what they are doing. However, some reviews note that the cabbage kimchi needs improvement and is not good. The ordering process can be difficult as the iPad is affixed to the end of the table, requiring everyone to read options out loud in a very loud atmosphere. Groups seated at a table with one small grill may find it difficult to cook for six people, and the timed aspect can be stressful. Additionally, everyone at the table has to pay for hot pot even if only one person wants it. Despite these issues, the experience is fun and enjoyable, with many guests planning to return.
