First time having Korean barbecue, definitely the experience, will be returning food is awesome. Staff was super friendly.
This place is incredible. Even when all table grills are on and the place is packed, is still comfortable in there. Has a very night club feel with the music but I understand why they do that for noise control. This place is awesome and the prices are even better
Update: We went back and they were super kind and fixed everything. That specific server is no longer with HQ. The server that witnessed the incident is and she took great care of us!!
They gained our faith & trust back so we will be back!
Been here multiple times but yesterday's experience was horrendous. Not a good way to celebrate my daughters special day. Rude server and mgmt didn't seem to care either!

HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot & Sushi offers a dining experience with great service, plenty of room, and a clean atmosphere. The food is fresh, well seasoned, filling, and delicious. Many guests enjoy the spicy bulgogi, which is seasoned perfectly, and appreciate the nice selection of ice cream treats for dessert. The restaurant provides tons of options for both hot pot and Korean BBQ, with different types and flavors of meat and plenty of veggies. Orders are placed by tablets at your table, and food is brought out almost instantly. The staff is eager to please, friendly, and will happily instruct guests who do not know what they are doing. However, some reviews note that the cabbage kimchi needs improvement and is not good. The ordering process can be difficult as the iPad is affixed to the end of the table, requiring everyone to read options out loud in a very loud atmosphere. Groups seated at a table with one small grill may find it difficult to cook for six people, and the timed aspect can be stressful. Additionally, everyone at the table has to pay for hot pot even if only one person wants it. Despite these issues, the experience is fun and enjoyable, with many guests planning to return.
