“I had an outstanding experience at Slim Chickens, and I wanted to recognize Tatiana, the shift lead, for going above and beyond.

I came in with an issue involving a missing dessert jar, and instead of treating it like just another problem to solve, Tatiana handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She took the time to listen, stayed calm under pressure, and worked diligently to help rectify the situation. Throughout the entire process, she kept me informed and made sure I felt heard and respected.

What impressed me most was that she didn't just resolve the issue—she delivered a level of customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Her kindness, integrity, and commitment to doing the right thing transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left me genuinely impressed.

It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to making sure a customer leaves satisfied. Tatiana is an incredible asset to Slim Chickens, and her professionalism and leadership deserve recognition. Thank you for providing such exceptional service. I'll absolutely be back because of employees like her.I had an outstanding experience at Slim Chickens, and I wanted to recognize Tatiana, the shift lead, for going above and beyond.
