“I have never truly had a bad experience at my Popeyes (closet to my home) there have been some close encounters but fast food can be difficult. But Yolinda!!!! Is giving an experience at this location. So so sweet each and every single time!!!! This just has to be recognized. Not many people are at work to provide excellent customer service.. this is EXCELLENCE. Especially because of it being such a growing part of our small city and near downtown. I'm so pleased!!!“

“Me & My husband have came to this particular restaurant on multiple occasions, It's a big deal to us because the employees in this restaurant have been VERY PROFESSIONAL & OUR FOOD HAD BEEN AMAZING & FRESH!!!!!! There's a Young lady (Light skinned with locs) She told me her name after I asked for it but some how I still managed to forget it! The Young short lady & slim dark gentleman are always professional in the way that they talk to us & more. We were really Pleased!!!! We came in to the restaurant about 2:30 on 01/2/25 & I don't remember the dates from our prior visits but I can surely say that we will return... I hope Corporate are aware of these two employees hard work & amazing customer service. All the Year's in Jacksonville FL & We have NEVER had this amazing customer service so yes I felt compelled to leave a review!“

“I forget her name but the manager yesterday was absolutely awesome not only did she recommend a better deal that saved me money n got me more food but she was dealing with a large lunch crowd an a door dasher issue all while being super amazing at her job, she handled it! “This Popeyes location was definitely worth the walk into the mall instead of sitting in a long drive-thru somewhere else. The customer service was great, the staff was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. The wait wasn’t long at all, and one thing I really appreciated was that they weren’t stingy with the sauce packets. Everything was quick, fresh, and convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again!“
“I love that chicken from Popeyes, but they need to improve their training programs for employees. I've walked away with incorrect orders far too many times. Everyone is otherwise kind and professional in their appearance and interactions.“
“This is probably the nicest Popeyes restaurant that I’ve been to. Every staff member was always nice and friendly, and the food was always cooked perfectly. I would purposely drive to this location because of the wonderful customer service. The food always came out in a timely manner, and if they were waiting on a food item to be cooked, they would always let you know beforehand, so that way you didn’t have to wait too long. Also, most/if not all of the staff speaks Spanish, so if you’re not fluent in English, you could easily order in Spanish. I highly recommend this Popeyes location.“
