This place has the worst service of ANY drive through eatery that I have ever been to. Yesterday, 8/14/22, I stopped by for my third time, hoping that I would find an improvement over my first two trips. There was none. In fact it had deteriorated more. I tried to get help through the speaker, but only got the sound of talking, giggling, and I finally got a faint voice telling me to pull to the window. 2 people in the lobby caused them to basically shut down their drive through. After being asked to wait a moment, and over 5 minutes later, they still didn't respond to the drive through.
We ordered a 3 piece dark combo but didn't want a drink. We were told we HAD to order it with a drink. We also wanted an extra side and was told we couldn't get an extra side with the combo, duh, we going to pay for the extra side anyways. Also in the middle of taking the order, we were told 2x to "Hold on!".
