“As of June 13th around 5:50 p.m., I arrived at the restaurant and noticed the staff handling a minor dispute with a customer. I have to say, the manager on duty handled the situation exceptionally well. No matter what was said to him or what threats were made, he remained calm, professional, and composed throughout the entire interaction.
Even during the brief altercation, the team continued working efficiently under pressure without missing a beat. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location. After everything settled down, the manager continued leading his team, and the entire crew stayed focused on providing excellent customer service.
My food was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly. The young lady at the front counter did a fantastic job, and the young lady working the drive-thru was just as pleasant and professional. Their dedication and teamwork did not go unnoticed. Great job to the entire staff!“
“The entire staff were professional, neat, clean and friendly! I was surprised to have Shanavia assist me at this store as she typically works the store that I frequently patronize Monday through Friday, when at work. Shenavia is always professional friendly and very presentable for work. She ask how my day is going and she remembers my order. While I understand better, she makes me feel as if I am her favorite customer“

“Now I ordered offline and picked it up. I ordered the chicken tossed n bbq sauce the meal. Now you see the wings aren't covered like I want them but I must say they was delicious. It was fresh got and the sauce was just right but to tangy. They didn't give me my ranch so I just put my own in there. The fries was ok I wish they would have been fresh that's why I gave them a 4 star. Check them out.“
“It was late lunch hour and there was a line of customers at the counter. The associate did a good job taking orders and running the drive-thru at the same time for someone on break. The staff did a good job getting orders cooked and out to customers soon as possible. My order was correct, hot with the right condiments and side items. There is an exterior door handle missing on the entry door, which does not have good impression of the restaurant and thetmy were lacking in plastic ware at the time, and table were not clean.“
“Passing throughout on way to Florida and we got hungry! This particular Popeyes in Mobile, AL off hwy 90,, 5413 US-90, had the friendliest employees, especially the cook and young lady with red braids. Kept updating me on my order and everyone was cheerful and friendly! The young lady was busy with drive through orders and never stopped smiling, running orders out in the rain and coming back in to grab condiments, etc. 10/10.“
“Popeyes has the potential to be great, but this location really needs to step it up. The food was okay, but not as hot or fresh as it should’ve been, and the quality was inconsistent compared to what Popeyes is known for.
Service felt rushed and unorganized, and the wait didn’t match the result. When Popeyes is on point, it’s hard to beat — this visit just didn’t hit that standard. Hoping to see improvements next time because the brand can do much better.“
