Every time I go here they never give me what I order. I order regular chicken, they give you spicy. They charge me extra for the Bayou Buffalo Sauce that I ask for, but they never put it in the bag. Today I went there again, I was going to order the 10 piece meal that comes with 2 large sides and biscuits. I was told that they were completely out of regular chicken, only spicy. I chose to take my business elsewhere.
Popeyes chicken is delicious but there is only one word for this location .. SLOW. Also management was arguing with an employee in the kitchen in front of customers; door dasher employees waited as long as 30 minutes to get their orders.
I was visiting family in Mobile, ordered my food online. Went by picked it up. It would have been much smoother if this one (Karen) moved up the drive through liked they asked her to. So other people could get their food. That’s no fault of Popeyes, the staff here was nice, food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thanks Popeyes!
