I’ve been waiting over 30 mins for a mobile order that should’ve been ready 10 mins before I got here. People are pulling in and out of the drive thru. Some of the workers have a bad attitude.
Not sure what's going on with your location in Mobile Alabama on schillengers road? They have bad attitudes they can't get the order correct? And it's been like this for months. We complain to the manager nothing's changed. We already had KFC closed down. Are you guys going to be next?

12-6-23 Update: order taken promptly. Line moving. Sweet personnel working this afternoon. That helps when you over went being hungry. Food hot, fry salt is fantastic I love it & kiss for whoever stole the recipe! Major improvement on this location. I am absolutely thrilled that it’s great again in every way! Proud of y’all taking notice of complaints & getting it fixed. ??
