Great food, very clean location. The employees are cordial which is great, but they get 3 stars for service because the last time I came here they had me waiting for almost 10 minutes before anyone took my order. The atmosphere gets 2 stars because it is EXTREMELY cold in here. It may be comfortable for the workers but DEFINITELY NOT for the customers. Standing for 10 minutes in a freezing cold restaurant while several employees walk past me was unnecessary and I wish I could've given a better rating if it wasn't for that.

Waited 23 min for 2 cold chicken sandwiches. Just to be told the were not cold even though she said the rude manager, that it only takes 7 minutes to cook the chicken fillets then had the nerve to ask me do I want a refund no I want u to go back there and do your freaking job terrible horrible customer service I will probably return again because this is the closest one to my home but next time I will give the same energy I receive oh I forgot after they remade them sat them on the counter no bag disgusting I worked in fast food for ten years in management and this is freaking ridiculous and unprofessional.

12-6-23 Update: order taken promptly. Line moving. Sweet personnel working this afternoon. That helps when you over went being hungry. Food hot, fry salt is fantastic I love it & kiss for whoever stole the recipe! Major improvement on this location. I am absolutely thrilled that it’s great again in every way! Proud of y’all taking notice of complaints & getting it fixed. ??

The food is great the customer service was TERRIBLE. I would say this is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever gone to! Went through the drive thru with my fiancé, and he was speaking very loud and clear, but had to repeat the order multiple times and have the woman speak over him saying “is that it” “anything else” and then when we got to the window they had the wrong drink size, so we tell them, and they make us pay more for an extra drink all though it was messed up on their part, and we paid with cash so all they had to do is change the drink in the system, and had us pay the difference instead of paying for whole extra drink on top of the one we ordered. They never gave a receipt to me and also forgot my sauce and my dessert I ordered, tried going in to tell them and get what they left out of our order, and there was 4 people in line and no one at the counter helping, so after a while we just left and didn’t feel like waiting forever without the stuff we ordered.

People need to be better trained I ordered 8 piece dinner, the young man who handled it gave me 6 wings and two thighs,vi talked to manager she gave me proper items.

Service at this location in Semmes in terrible. Currently sitting in the drive thru because they closed the lobby. People it is 6:23 on a Monday evening. This is ridiculous. Also, the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. This location never seems to have chicken ready and they are extremely rude like serving you your order is an inconvenience. AGAIN, I order the 16 pc spicy and have to pull over and wait.

I stopped at the Popeyes at 570 Schillinger Rd. today (24 Oct.2023). I ordered 2 pcs. Thigh Classic & Biscuit. The chicken was Hot but it tasted liked it had been cooked earlier, got cold, then put back in some Hot grease and served to me. The chicken was tough as Hell . I will not be buying food at this place again. I Might Stop Eating Popeyes Chicken forever !!!!!~
