The Navy Blvd store need proper customer service training. I believe it was someone in a management position who told me they had no way to scan the QR code that was displayed instead of a numerical code. After attempting to access a numerical code and getting nothing she decided to “just give it to me” for that price. Fine..ok. She ring it up mumble the total as she walk away to box up the order.
