The guy working the front was everywhere but at work. He was eating take out at the counter, forgot what to have them drop my food, and had to ask for my receipt back so he could remember what I ordered. I usually get great service here but not with this guy. The food is always delicious though.
Ms.Ericka in the drive through was absolute wonderful!!! I was having some issues with my app and she verbally directed me as to what I should do and when an item was not available she suggested something as equally satisfying! She was so patient and kind through the whole process and went out of her to make sure I was taken care of!! With a smile on her face the whole time at 8pm on Valentine’s Day might I add!!!
