“I like Burger King anyways but the one on Davis Highway has been one of my favorite locations. The service is very professional and the store is always clean. I'm very impressed by this location it sets a high bar of profection and it would be hard to find a better fast food place to eat. This team of workers deserve recognition and every member at this location needs a raise or bonus or both“
“Felicia and her staff at this location were so kind and helpful. I ordered my food through the app and had a special offer but since this particular location is not corporate they were not participating in this special. My food ended up being sent to their location in Marianna Florida lol. Just a 3 hour drive away even though my location was correct in the app to the Mobile/Fairfield location. They fixed and corrected my order and I was able to deliver the fish sandwiches to an elderly couple. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me fix the issue.“
“I've not been to this place in the evening, and, therefore, can't speak on it. All I know is that, today, March 21, circa 1:30 pm, I made an impromptu decision, to stop , walk into, and place a carry-out order, at this restaurant. I liked the ambiance. I liked the intelligent, young woman, with a great attitude, who took my order. I liked the 6 or 7 , efficient, jovial, employees, behind the counter, who worked, as a team, (Tha's right... UNITED WE STAND. WE THE PEOPLE). My order was freshly-prepared, ready, in "two shakes, of a lamb's tail", and delicious. Nice goin'! Thanks, Easter bunny!“
“I just had an encounter with Le Lee from this location. She was alone to work the entire front of the store by herself being as Le Lee and the cook were the only ones there during breakfast rush! Le Lee was doing the job of 3 people while keeping a smile on her face and staying incredibly respectful. I did not talk to the cook but the food was excellent so Kudos to you as well! In a time where you can hardly get people to even show up for work, these two showed up and worked to pick up the slack from being severely short staffed. Keep it up. You guys are the best in town.“
“My husband and I stopped in for a quick meal before taking a short trip. We were greeted by smiling faces upon entering and made small talk while we placed our order. The staff was personable, and we were treated respectfully. The food was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed our meal. We purchased ice cream for after we ate. The young man who made it did a great job making sure it was packed so it didn't fall over.Vegetarian options: Burger King offers salad options for vegetarians.Parking: There is plenty of parking on 3 sides is the building, idling handicap parking in front of the entrance.Kid-friendliness: BK is kid friendly with free crowns and a children's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces in front of the entrance as well as a ramp onto the curb. There are tables that can accommodate a wheelchair.“
“On 1/5/24- 1/6/24 I’ve came here doordashing late at night. The store is apparently open 24 hr on certain nights (such as tonight). There was one young guy working all by himself and he deserves some serious respect and recognition. Nobody should have to work like that all by their selves. If it would’ve been me, I would’ve walked out. This guy was so extremely nice, hard working, respectful, and genuine. He served us our order with a smile and showed he does want to be here. Doing doordash, I go to so many places late at night where the people just end up shutting down, say the system is down or the ice cream machine is broken or shut down, etc. The order I I picked up around 1:15am came with ice cream. The young man working literally turned his machine back on to make it for me. In fact, I told him not to worry about it, I would just cancel the ice cream, but he told me he wasn’t gonna do me like that and said he had no problem making it. This man is someone who genuinely wants to work, wants to make a better life for himself. There aren’t many people like that left in the world these days. I want to make this post hoping someone higher up in the company see and take note of the integrity of this awesome employee they have. He is leadership material and deserves to be recognized for that. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but i hope he sees this.. along with his bosses.“
“People are nice and employees are are very friendly. Food is juicy and hot never cold and dry or hard. Great prices too bathrooms are clean pretty well. 1st choice over fast food. Rates higher than any fast food known. Thanks Burger King for what you do.“
“I'm not a person who usually leaves a review for a fast food restaurant - it seems a pointless chore in this day and age to even bother with such a task, however, when someone so completely exceeds my expectations I feel compelled to call them out by name.I visited the Burger King location on Hwy 98 in Pensacola because I needed to use the bathroom (which was surprisingly clean) and since I was there I figured I'd grab a quick bite to eat and I fully expected have a typical medocre to horrible service experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by an employee name D.J. (it might have been J.D., I'm not exactly sure)There was no one at the counter when I walked in because the front counter person was in the dining room cleaning it (another thing that surprised me because fast food dining rooms are typically something of a mess) and D.J. called out to me from the back to greet me and to let me know that someone would be right with me. (How often these days does that happen at a Burger King?, never?) I appreciated the fact that he was aware enough and cared enough to not leave me standing there wondering if anyone even noticed me.I took notice of his interactions with the other customers and employees while I at my food, and he was kind, pleasant, and thoughtful in his conversations and transactions.I don't know if this guy is one the Managers of the place, but if he's not he should be.Surprisingly, not only was the service experience a pleasant one, but my food was actually hot (even the fries) and my burger was made neatly (yes, I said neatly) and was made correctly even though I had ordered it with three changes.Overall, probably the best Burger King experience I have had since the 1970's. “I like the taste of their biscuit, bacon, egg and cheese breakfast meal compared to all other fast food stores. They have always been polite and patient when taking orders. +++ The dine in area has always been very clean at the two stores I go to.“
