“I got to meet the new general manager lady and she was sweet and amazing food was quick and fresh she was not yelling like the other lady does but she spoke with kindness. Can’t wait to see what changed she continues to make here I love bk and come here a lot and to see this change was good !“
“Went through the drive thru right before they started serving lunch and we thought we were going to have to come back but they served us lunch anyway! The lady working the window was incredibly sweet too. And to top it all off I got a vanilla ice coffee and no joke it’s the BEST I’ve ever had. Starbucks who? Plus the food was fresh fresh. So glad we came to this location today. It was fast and the best experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.“
“Heather is an ANGEL!!! I quit coming to this location long ago! Then one night OVER 3 MONTHS AGO, I decided to try it again and it was Heather who sold me on coming back!!! “They are one of the best burger kings in Florida and that manager keeps that place clean. I just walked out of there. It is 4:45 PM here in Pensacola, Florida on a Thursday in June. And that soul was immaculate, and the people there good perseverance, I like their attitude. Thank you ma'am“
“We ordered food on app and when we got there they said they was serving breakfast and the app refused to even refund our money back. We went there another time and they closed 15 minutes early so we lost our money again...they like closing earlier than they supposed to..“
“This is my local Burger King. Tonight I got a delicious Texas double Whopper, add HEAVY vegetables! For me, when you are going with a double patty, compensation must be made for a proper meat/veggie ratio. The crew pulled this off perfectly. Nice and salty crispy fresh fries topped this meal off beautifully.“
“How do you turn a three star review into a five star? Sneak a Hersheys pie into the bag after waiting 17 minutes. It’s a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was empty but the drive thru was busy. They kept walking bags out to cars. I think they forgot about me. When an employee asked if I was waiting for an order I told her yes, it had been 15 minutes. The Whopper came out fresh and hot after that. The pie was a nice surprise.“
“4/24/2026 whoever it was at 11:30 working the window, you need to give her a raise! She did a fantastic job was very friendly and helpful. This is unlike the last few experiences I've had at this location. I really really appreciated her attitude and friendliness it really made my day. I feel like people like that should be recognized especially since the last few trips the young girl was very rude.“
“30 minutes wait in the drive through and nobody else is there I think that is to long I highly don't recommend this burger king if you are in a hurry. But the food was excellent they got the order right the first time except for the long wait time everything else was great“
