“Davis Dunkin has more choices than the Airport Dunkin. Staff were nice and helpful and welcoming. I think the people working here now are have better customer service than before. I like the more options of donuts they have here than Airport does.“
“I’ve literally had the worst week. I went in Monday morning, so upset and was welcomed by this beautiful lady with a beautiful spirit. Her name was Aaliyah. I pray I spelt her name correctly. She gave me smiles and wonderful customer service. I even cried because they didn’t have a specific doughnut that I wanted so I paid ahead and she reassured me that it would be OK to come in Wednesday and retrieve that doughnut ! Y’all it’s so pretty it’s so good thank you so much Aaliyah for being the light to my bad day. Also remembering me and still giving me that same service. “Julie is amazing, if it wasn’t for her I’d have given a 1 star. Her coworker was giving her dirty looks and had out her cell phone. As Julie congratulated my granddaughter for going away to college. If Julie is there when I come back I will be a frequent customer, if not I won’t.“
“Friendliest service from a Dunkin ever! We were wowed by the drive thru young woman who had a great attitude and gave us friendly banter for drinking out of a Starbucks cup. And we were more pleasantly surprised when the gentleman who brought our order out to our car, was also very profesional, courteous and had a good attitude as well!
Too bad we were just temporarily in the area, otherwise this location would be our go to! 😄💝“
“The fact that this handful of staff does the amount of things that it does at all, much less with a smile on their faces is actually amazing to me. People might complain about waiting, but Lord have mercy these caffeine-bringing angels have six cars in the drive through, two or three folks ordering inside, and a firehose of online orders during the morning rush. Never could I ever do what they do with a smile - which they ALWAYS greet us with. On some of my most stressed mornings, seeing them is a bright spot. If their manager or owner ever reads this, we love your staff and my boys look forward to going in and looking at the pet pictures. Thank you for being a touchstone in our lives! ♥️“
“9-19-2024: love me some Dunkin’ during my workweeks so, this weekend I tried a Dunkin’ near home. Ordered via the app and I jacked up something… app said it couldn’t place my order. So, waited to reorder when I arrived at the parking lot. Apparently the 1st order DID go through and I had two orders now. I believe the mgr Amanda (who was on the ticket) fixed everything in a very quick and surprisingly easy way. I also noted the staff are super friendly people here too! My new weekend breakfast go to!
