Dunkin' Donuts in Mobile

“This downtown Dunkin deserves a shoutout. The staff is always genuinely friendly, and that goes a long way. Every time I stop in, the service is great and my drink is made right.

It is worth knowing that this isn’t a full-service Dunkin, so they don’t have the full breakfast menu or hot sandwiches. That said, I can still get my coffee and donut fix, which is usually exactly what I’m after.

I’m not going to knock a location for having a limited menu when the customer service and the products they do offer are consistently good. Friendly people, correct drinks, and a good experience every time. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re downtown.“

“So my wife loves Dunkin donuts pumpkin coffee. I am not a fan of the chain anymore. Doughnuts are frozen and delivered instead of freshly made at the location like a few years ago . My wife rates them a 5. I'm someplace around a 3. Staff was friendly, coffee was made well. I skipped the previously frozen food and she enjoyed her's. It's unfortunate because I used to really enjoy the chain. I currently get my doughnuts at Publix or a local shop, occasionally Krispy cream who still makes them fresh but Dunkin has better coffee ☕.“

“I come through this drive through several mornings per week. The ladies at the window are the sweetest and friendliest employees around. I always feel welcomed, remembered and appreciated. “Amazing the 2 ladies there was Absolutely Amazing, they had call outs so they was the only 2 running walk thru and drive through they both was Still So Kind and Patient tbh I myself would have gotten irritated with the customers if I was in their shoes, but both these ladies were Beyond Amazing I wish I would have gotten their names to send them Shout Outs of Incredibleness“
