The drink was perfectly made, although the person that was speaking over the operator was making it very hard for me as the customer to communicate with the speaker. Otherwise, no problem. Just be mindful, to be courteous to your co-workers and customers in order to have a swift, correct transaction.
I order through the app 20 minutes ahead of time and walk inside to get my drinks to avoid waiting in the drive through line. Every time I arrive I have to wait for them to help other and start to on my order. This has made me late to work every-time. I like Dunkin's selection more, but Starbucks customer service and mobile orders are a thousand times better. My order is ready and if they are not too busy they say good morning or at least speak.

I ordered a medium coca mocha signature latte I would have been better off ordering a small because that is the amount or less that was in my cup other than all of the ice that was in the cup. I usually stop through here when I'm in town but it's getting worse and worse. If it's not the coffee it's the customer service received. Please get it together.
