“I have been to this Waffle House a few times. They typically do a good job at managing their wait times, and my food has been on point most of the time. Each server I received on my visits was kind and helpful. Sometimes, I will come in and need to have a table wiped off before being seated, but that's not a big deal to me.“
“Wow! I was experiencing a personal tragedy. The group of people with me needed to eat. Waffle House was the only place I felt like I could stomach anything at that moment. The staff was nice enough not to make a big deal out of my hysteria and was sweet enough to even turn on the jukebox to drown out my upset world from the rest of the customers. It's just the little things that make the difference.“
“Maggie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and so welcoming. She made us feel right at home. We ordered the All-Star Breakfast. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. She kept our drinks filled, checked on us often, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great food is always a plus, but great service makes the experience even better. Ms. Maggie truly delivered. If you stop by this location, you'd be lucky to have her taking care of you!“

“A great place to take a break at while your EV charges. I had a bad charging experience in Crestview and was feeling defeated. I recalled Waffle House had one. I was able to calm my nerves over a plate full of food. Recharging and having the restaurant to myself.“
“You always know exactly what you're getting with the world famous Waffle House. Minimal frills with a price that reflects that. This location was even faster than some others I've been to. I can't visit the South and NOT go to one.“
“This is for the waffle house on 9 mile behind the cvs. This is the best one I've visited in the Pensacola area. The food is always good, the service is great, and it's very clean. I would definitely recommend this waffle house to anyone“
“Waffle House is usually a hit or miss kinda thing but this is one of the better ones. Our server, Ka'Deisha, was awesome. She was attentive and sweet. The food was good. The prices were good. Most of the employees there have been there for many years so it must be a decent place to work.“
“Hi, I went to this Waffle House last Thursday September 11 at around 10:30 am with a friend. And I just thought everything was excellent. The guy that was cooking was so professional and got everything perfect even though it was very busy that day. Our waitress got the order right and refilled the coffee and was moving constantly to take care of everyone. I would highly recommend this Waffle House.
Hi I want to add. Went back October 9 with another friend. Amber the first waitress waited on us and Vikki who works there was really friendly. Great staff, great breakfast food, very clean.

“A Waffle House in the middle morning is a beautiful place to be. Not too busy, no late night craziness going on and you get to enjoy your meal in peace. I had a chicken and eggs plate with hash browns and wheat toast. The Mrs. Ordered a waffle from the Jr or Sr menu with bacon and coffee. I shared a perfectly cooked over easy egg and she was happy. Service was quick and engaging. Even the cook got into the conversation. I wanted a shirt like he was wearing. IYKYK. At the end of the day it's what you would expect from a Waffle House. I liked the new to us menu selections. Great job everyone.“

The service was exceptional. Clean and parking is spacious.
Parking: Mobile Highway is a dangerous and unpredictable traveled street. So pay attention to the turn into the parking area.“
“Our omelettes were perfectly cooked. I’ve never had one that good. Our waitress, Shayne, was one of the best I’ve ever had. I never had my coffee cup, empty for more than a minute. She looked us in the eye and smiled with every interaction. Such a fantastic experience! Someone gave that girl a raise!“
“This is by FAR the best Waffle House I have ever been to - and I've been to several in several states. They had a fella in a yellow bow tie welcoming people and tidying up. The bathrooms were DECORATED and sooooo clean. The food was great but the service was even better. Jasmine checked on my friend and I just the right amount and brought enough diet coke and coffee to keep us happy for 100 years. Highly reccomend, worth the weird intersection/parking lot situation. I'm sure this place would be a great comfort to any family visiting at the nearby hospitals“
