Now maybe I'm just a little jealous because I am not a morning person but she had the best attitude and energy of anyone I have ever come across so early in the morning.
She was very attentive and helpful in giving us better options for our selections, Rather than having us ending up paying for things a la carte.“

“You always know exactly what you're getting with the world famous Waffle House. Minimal frills with a price that reflects that. This location was even faster than some others I've been to. I can't visit the South and NOT go to one.“
“Wow! I was experiencing a personal tragedy. The group of people with me needed to eat. Waffle House was the only place I felt like I could stomach anything at that moment. The staff was nice enough not to make a big deal out of my hysteria and was sweet enough to even turn on the jukebox to drown out my upset world from the rest of the customers. It's just the little things that make the difference.“

“I have been to this Waffle House a few times. They typically do a good job at managing their wait times, and my food has been on point most of the time. Each server I received on my visits was kind and helpful. Sometimes, I will come in and need to have a table wiped off before being seated, but that's not a big deal to me.“
“This is for the waffle house on 9 mile behind the cvs. This is the best one I've visited in the Pensacola area. The food is always good, the service is great, and it's very clean. I would definitely recommend this waffle house to anyone“
“I almost forgot to leave this review, but I’m really glad I remembered because Kay and Que deserve the recognition.
They are a stellar team. They went above and beyond making my food — everything was done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. On top of that, they were polite, communicative, and genuinely kind, which honestly made the whole experience stand out.
I’ll be real — I came in with an attitude. But the way they handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a positive outlook completely changed my mood. While it’s not anyone else’s job to emotionally regulate adults, their energy and customer service absolutely made a difference.
Kay and Que are great people and a true asset to this Waffle House. Thank you both for turning my experience around and doing your jobs with excellence.“
“Maggie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and so welcoming. She made us feel right at home. We ordered the All-Star Breakfast. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. She kept our drinks filled, checked on us often, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Great food is always a plus, but great service makes the experience even better. Ms. Maggie truly delivered. If you stop by this location, you'd be lucky to have her taking care of you!“
“If you know Florida, you know Waffle House is tried and true. The staff here are friendly, professional and on point. I went on a busy Sunday morning after church and I’m a little particular. I get bacon extra crispy and my eggs over well. I sub the grits with hash browns and today I got OJ instead of coffee. Everything was served hot and quick. Everything was delicious! Tried and true, IYKYK!!!“
“Hi, I went to this Waffle House last Thursday September 11 at around 10:30 am with a friend. And I just thought everything was excellent. The guy that was cooking was so professional and got everything perfect even though it was very busy that day. Our waitress got the order right and refilled the coffee and was moving constantly to take care of everyone. I would highly recommend this Waffle House.
Hi I want to add. Went back October 9 with another friend. Amber the first waitress waited on us and Vikki who works there was really friendly. Great staff, great breakfast food, very clean.

The service was exceptional. Clean and parking is spacious.
Parking: Mobile Highway is a dangerous and unpredictable traveled street. So pay attention to the turn into the parking area.“
“Met a cashier customer service his name was James Roth. He helped me find additional things in the store even though he was busy just a delightful and refreshing human being.. very personal and humorous you don't see that level of person as a cashier normally at a gas station. Hats off to Mr Roth.“
“Our omelettes were perfectly cooked. I’ve never had one that good. Our waitress, Shayne, was one of the best I’ve ever had. I never had my coffee cup, empty for more than a minute. She looked us in the eye and smiled with every interaction. Such a fantastic experience! Someone gave that girl a raise!“
“This place is a really nice family friendly place where you can grab something to eat and in peace. My family and I have been coming to this specific Waffle House for the last two years right after church and it has not disappointed.
