“This is my first time at this Starbucks. I decided to go into the Starbucks. The drive thru was quite busy at the time I went which was a little past 8 am.When I asked for my drink I found out that I had been out of the picture for a bit because Starbucks has done away with thier raspberry shots that they use to have. The barsita told me that they had done away with all of their fruity shots for a while now. That was very disappointing for me because I loved have that raspberry shot added to my latte!I paid with me Starbucks app because I had a gift card that was given to me and I added to my app so it would be convent for me to do it that way with out losing it. The barsita scan my app and it took it right off the app. The one thing I wish would of happen here was that the barsita tell me how much I had left on my card or asked me if I wanted a receipt given to me to show that. I had to ask for that. I waited a couple of minutes and my drink was finished. I picked up me drink and walked out. One thing I will note is that the barsita that made me drink did an excellent job because it tasted delicious. The barsita even gave me a cup holder for it too! I would go back to this Starbucks!!“
“After having a not so great morning at the other nine mile location the manager here helped me so fast and efficiently I had a long night at the ER and simply just wanted my coffee and food and wound up ordering at the wrong location but she fixed it for me in a heart beat thank you!“
“First time to this location. Plenty of parking, store is clean with plenty of seating. I read a review that they do military discounts and was able to confirm this is accurate. There were about 4 people working so we received our drinks pretty quick. The cashier was courteous and appeared to enjoy job (nothing is worse than rude/disrespectful customer service). Women's bathroom was clean too :)“
“Everyone here is always so kind and friendly. I come to this location every single morning with my small dog and before work and order the same coffee: Venti Iced Caramel macchiato, Quad, stirred, extra ice, & Lite 2% milk.A few months ago, I told the cashier I wasn’t sure how to order my coffee how I liked it, and she told me to start asking for lite 2% milk, and that’s exactly what the missing piece was!Very seldom my coffee will be off, whether I accidentally ordered wrong or if it was the Barista (usually my fault). When that happens the staff is so friendly, understanding, and remakes my drink without making me feel bad about it. That’s what great customer service is. Mistakes happened everywhere with anyone, but how you handle it is what’s more important. Every employee at the Pine forest, W-nine mile location deserves all the kudos you can get. And a huge thank you to the staff for being open on Easter. ?ASLO, Wesley, my small dog, loves the staff, too! And that’s a huge win in my book.“
“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and exceeded or expectations tonight. (Judging off of the previous reviews) We came in with special orders, drinks we found on social media that we wanted to try, and the staff was happy to accommodate. They made our drinks perfectly and quickly. This was our first time at this location (in the Target store) but we will definitely be back.“

“Every time I visit a drive-thru or place a pick-up order at Starbucks, I enjoy sharing a sticker or bookmark. Due to my addiction to Starbucks, I frequented the store especially since one was conveniently built less than 2 miles away. During my recent visit, barista A handed me one of my drinks and I offered her a bookmark, which made her quite excited. She promptly informed the rest of the team, leading barista B to rush over and inquire if I was the "sticker girl." Barista A confirmed my identity, and barista B happily informed me that she had been saving a sticker to give me on her next shift. This unexpected gesture truly made my day. Little do they know, my son has Autism, and we are actively trying to cultivate kindness, empathy, and the importance of sharing joy with others. Kindness holds immense power to brighten someone's day, and this experience definitely did that.“
