Starbucks in Pensacola

“I have to say I have been to this location many times. They get the coffee right everytime. Big shout out to Pitsy from the drive through. Her very warm greeting and positive energy actually make waiting in that drive through a very pleasant experience. Will definately be back to this location many more times.“

“LOVE the butterfly energy drink! Especially the delicious pearls on the bottom! Not a huge fan of one drink being over $8 though. Imo I think a cup of coffee should never exceed $6 but that's corporate prices these days for ya. Other than that, Barista was kind and smiled. I enjoyed my experience.“

“I need the hot water for my kids so I decided to ask the barista and they tell me per company policy, I have to buy some drinks from the first in order to get the hot water. So I tried strawberry matcha strato Frappuccino.
It’s really good. The combination of matcha and strawberry flavored cold foam is amazing. It’s not too sweet and a little bit of tangy from the foam.
The service is fast. The staff is nice and helpful.
The coffee shop is inside the mall and is it’s clean. Usually it’s crowded during the weekend“

“The employees are extremely pleasant ad actually act like thy like there job ad tak pride in it. I cant say enough good about this place and the employees. I so wish I could remember everyone's names that stand out every time I visit which is now 3 to 4 time a week. The male with the curly dark hair that helps me often is amazing“

“I cannot say enough great things about this location. It was a holiday weekend, they were short staffed, but I was still so impressed with their professionalism, politeness, and punctuality. Not one order was late, not one employee complained or showed frustration towards a customer. “It's difficult for Starbucjs to go wrong in my book so my review is always biased! I've been in all the Starbucks locations in Escambia County and I like them all. The biggest issue most of them face is a tiny parking lot but I don't hold that against them.“

“This is the BEST Starbucks in Pensacola! The drinks always come out perfect, and the team here is super friendly and welcoming. The drive-thru is fast and well-organized, which makes mornings so much easier. Even when the line looks long, they move quickly and still manage to get everything right. The store itself is clean and cozy if you want to go inside, but the drive-thru is a big win for busy days. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve visited, this one truly stands out for both service and quality. Highly recommend!“

“First off I love my Baristas,they are the best! But Starbucks needs to do one thing,Please bring back the original Chai Tea.I use to buy this everyday, literally 5-6 times,but will not be buying the new Chai Tea anymore, Sorry.

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and exceeded or expectations tonight. (Judging off of the previous reviews) We came in with special orders, drinks we found on social media that we wanted to try, and the staff was happy to accommodate. They made our drinks perfectly and quickly. This was our first time at this location (in the Target store) but we will definitely be back.“

“I once had the staff recommend a different way of doing my normal coffee and wow! What a difference staff knowledge can be! Been doing it this way ever since. It’s a little pricey with the add ons but let’s be honest it’s a business! And it makes me excited for one who provides such training to their employees for growth of the brand. Love the sitting area outside, great location for it and the pick up bar makes it easy.
My kids get 2 cake pops when I get my coffee (mom guilt) lol
