Had the best experience here today! I was hunting for a Starbucks Discovery Mug and the barista went above and beyond for me. She took the time to call other nearby branches just to help me track one down. That kind of helpfulness and genuine care is rare. Made my day and earned a customer for life. Thank you so much! 🤍☕“

“In and out fast. My mobile order was ready when I arrived everytime, and everyone greeted me and said goodbye on my way in and out. Getting in and out of the lot if you need to get off/back on 65 can be tough, but that's just about everywhere in Mobile.“

“If you have a low sitting car, avoid this place because the parking lot is difficult to get into/leave without scraping your bumper. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area and I always pick this place over the other ones, but I have a lower sitting car and this last time when I entered, it tore my bumper out. I went left from airport and drove straight in through that dip and I made sure to go really slow but it got my car still. You have to go in there at an angle and sometimes that doesn't work :(

Other than the parking lot being difficult to get into and leave.. it's an amazing place. The workers are always kind and the drinks always taste good and I've never had issues with them“

“The staff was very nice. I went through the drive thru, and the service was fairly quick .of course 1 of my drinks. Was made different from all the other times. I have gotten it from several locations. So I figure it must have been a new worker.“

“The service here is always so wonderful, the girls in the morning are so sweet to me and my daughter. They know me by name and always make my drink perfectly. I made the mistake of ordering my same drink at a different location once, and it was NOT the same. The only downside is knowing how crappy of a manager they have, and what they must have to deal with on a daily basis. I frequent this location enough to have encountered the manager on more than one occasion being absolutely rude to her young staff. These are kids that chose to show up to work at 5am rather than party or be on the streets somewhere. On one occasion, I was inside picking up a drink, and the manager basically threw a chair right next to where I was standing. She slid it so hard it made a very loud Louise and then literally yelled at the two girls “how hard is this to do!” If she’ll act this way in front of a customer, theres no telling what she’s subjected her staff to behind closed doors. Do better for your staff, do better for our next generation, and do better for our community Starbucks! Give these kids a manager who will lead them ethically and morally, give them something to look forward to and show them that the workforce isn’t something to be afraid of. That lady just isn’t right“

“After being left hungry from a bad experience at Ruby Slipper, came here for something quick to eat. They gave me a large water cup because I was also super thirsty. My mom also ordered the wrong drink. It was her mistake and they were kind enough to remake the one she wanted. Thank you all!“

“The Baristas here are awesome, well managed, excellent customer service, friendly, always smiling. This is my go to place whenever I have a bad day, and they always make me feel better.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have Handicapped parking spots and wheelchair accessible tables, though the store is a bit small.“

“I’ve visited Starbucks many times, and every experience has been consistently positive. The coffee is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and there’s a great variety of drinks and snacks to choose from. During my recent visit, I ordered a cappuccino and a pastry, and both were excellent. The drink had the perfect balance of flavor, and the food tasted fresh and high quality.

The atmosphere inside the café was warm and relaxing, making it a great place to meet friends, work, or simply unwind. The employees were professional, welcoming, and attentive to customers, which made the visit even better. Even during busy hours, the service remained fast and organized. “I like Starbucks because their coffee and service are consistent. There are several local coffee shops with better coffee, however, if you need a cup of coffee at 6am, you can find an open Starbucks.\n\nI visit this location regularly when I am in Mobile to grab an early morning coffee with a friend.“

“I get my coffee at Starbucks every morning for the last 8yrs, a grande latte with 2 Splenda’s extra hot. For the last 2yrs the Hillcrest location has been my favorite 🤩 location. I love the crew at Hillcrest especially my barista Adrian, he is always in a positive and uplifting mood which is just what I need @5:45a.m., a cup of coffee and a smile. I no longer live in the Hillcrest Road area but I choose this location because of the crew you have working this location.“
