“Great Starbucks location and the employees are so kind and helpful. I haven’t been to a Starbucks in a long while and they helped me with non-dairy options for the drink I wanted. Plus it tasted great! They have a menu in Spanish as well which I thought was neat.“
“I visited here after a trip to the Edgewood Mall. The service was speedy and my partner and I have a really great experience. We had traveled from Baton Rouge, LA to get vaccinated.
We both got Pumpkin Spice drinks. He got a pumpkin spice latte and I got a pumpkin cream cold brew.
I love that we were welcomed and before we left another worker said : Have a great day, guys.“
“Love me some Starbucks ya’ll! One cashier was so sweet to my mom when she dropped her coffee outside as we were leaving. Before I could pick ip her cup from the ground, she asked my mom if she wanted another cup. She even remembered her order! Replaced it for free! This meant a lot to me as my mom is partially blind. Each time I travel to see my mom, this is our Starbucks!“
“Its surprising seeing all the reviews about poor customer service here. We stayed at Harrah's for three nights and visited Starbucks every morning. Same two ladies working all weekend and both were always nice, always greeted me, always repeated my order to make sure it was correct. The line was always long in the morning, but that's to be expected. It did move along pretty quick though.“
“I can honestly say I have visited several Starbucks and this place is by far one of the best. The lines are never long and if they are, you won’t have to wait that long. I think the longest I had to wait in the drive-through was like two minutes. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Whatever you guys are doing keep up the great work.“
