Wonderful service, got my coffee order correct. Friendly staff
Literally every single time I ask for the crunch topping, I either do not get it or it’s so light I can’t taste it. I just ordered two vanilla bean fraps with 3 blonde espresso shots, one with the crunch topping on the bottom and caramel drizzle on both. These are up-charges. I didn’t get any caramel, and the crunch topping was put on the top and I can literally count how many piece it is, it’s like 10 little pieces.. not mention it doesn’t even taste...read full review
My chai does not taste the same actually weaker even though I asked for more pumps of chai. Watery taste
