“I had a uber delivery driver deliver me two empty cups with spilled coffee. He said there’s nothing he can do he had to slam on the brakes. I gave him $10 tip and he said there’s nothing he can do. I called the Starbucks location and Maddie answered. She made me feel very good about my by experience and replaced my drinks. Her demeanor and attitude is more of what the world needs. I’m grateful for Maddie“
“Drinks are always made well here and staff and so kind. My pay on cell phone wasn’t working and after trying several times w my anxiety peaking(lol) the young man just handed me the drink w a smile and was so patient and genuinely unbothered. 20 stars“
