She made the kindest gesture when I got to the window that truly made my day and reminded me how much small moments of kindness matter.
On top of that, my coffee, which I order all the time, was somehow extra delicious today too. Everything about the experience just felt warm, thoughtful, and uplifting thanks to Ren! She represents customer service in the best way and left such a lasting impression!!!“

I was concerned when I heard they were tearing down our old awkwardly located Starbucks and moving it across the street. I thought it'd lose it's vibe.
It's different, but not in a bad way! Excellent service, always friendly. What more could you ask for? Good Coffee? OF COURSE IT HAS THAT! 😎“
