Starbucks in Panama City Beach

“This is my go-to location when I'm traveling to Panama City for business and staying near the beach. The staff is always friendly, courteous and efficient! The drive-thru moves very quickly and they always greet me with a smile! Great visit.“

“I been going here for over then 2 years and every time I order a drink from here I regret waisting my money here. Today I ordered a pink drink with matcha cold foam and so you know pink drink comes with milk and they gave me a strawberry lemonade with matcha cold foam. I told the guy who made the drink it comes with almond milk and he said it’s there so I believed only to see it’s a lemonade. that’s the wrong order not even close. This Starbucks looks nice but every single drink always turns out wrong. I regret going here and don’t plan coming back.“

“Aiden and Aislyn were both absolutely wonderful! Aiden offered a sample of some type of iced chocolate banana coffee that was to die for, seriously SOOO good. If it were on the regular menu, I would order it all the time without hesitation. Such a fun and delicious surprise.

Aislyn was such a sweetheart and made the whole experience even better with her kindness. I was disappointed to hear they aren’t allowed to accept tips since they’re part of the Target store — they truly deserved one!

“First time staying at the resort.
Kenny the bartender was amazing! He was by far my favorite waiter/bartender during the whole week in PCB.
We had a bacon and pepperoni pizza. Soooo good and more affordable then any other pizza and did not have to pay a delivery service or leave the resort for a easy dinner which was a plus. Their salads are yummy to and loaded!!!!! They currently close at 8 and they are doing some remodels! Do not let these things stop you. This is a really affordable and yummy place to eat after a long day at the beach or pool 👨‍🍳❤️“

“I just did a mobile order, I was tinkering with a few of the customization options, and let me tell you, They made a damn good drink. 10/10. Crushed it. Iced Triple Espresso (Blonde) in a venti cup, with salted caramel cold foam, one pump of brown sugar syrup, three pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup, extra ice, heavy cream, and some cinnamon! CRUSHED IT.“

“This is easily the best Starbucks in the area. Reading some of these reviews, it feels like people are looking for reasons to complain when there really aren't many. Yes, sometimes items sell out, that happens at every busy coffee shop. When that happens, you can order something else or visit another location like an adult. The staff can't magically restock products on demand. Ive been going to this Starbucks for years and I've had no issues.

I've personally witnessed customers yelling at employees and even throwing drinks at them over issues that weren't their fault. The girl at the register has worked there for a long time and clearly knows her job well. Treating workers with disrespect because your order wasn't exactly what you wanted is completely unacceptable.

Many people don't realize how difficult customer service work can be. These employees deal with long lines, constant demands, and customers who treat them terribly. Despite that, they continue to be professional, patient, and hardworking.

The staff at this location deserve far more appreciation than criticism. If you're looking for friendly service and a team that works hard under pressure, this Starbucks consistently delivers!“
