The best Starbucks here in Panama City! I went to another one because it was closer to where I was... Horrible I had to throw out my refresher. Here they know it's supposed to get done! They use the shaker, they know what they're doing. My order is always on time and perfect! Thank you for being the best Starbucks in this location!!
Little wait this morning but great as always.

Starbucks is a clean and busy restaurant where customers may not be greeted upon arrival. The Hazelnut Oat milk Shaken Espresso is a good drink, but the food is overpriced and small. Some visitors find the lattes expensive, like the $8 cinnamon dolce. Despite price increases, Starbucks remains a favorite for some, although the $8.44 drink cost has led to a decision to no longer visit.
The restaurant has plenty of seating inside, and the ambiance is good. However, some staff members struggle to make drinks correctly, even standard off-the-menu ones, leading to frequent requests for remakes, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the entrance to the parking lot and drive-thru is poorly designed, causing confusion and chaos as people enter the wrong way or plow through cones.
Despite these issues, the restaurant has a loyal customer base, with one customer praising the sweetness and kindness of the cash register staff member, Miss Lucia. Another customer, who has dietary restrictions, is very satisfied with the attentiveness of the staff in ensuring their drinks are made correctly, even going so far as to throw away drinks to ensure they meet the customer's specific needs.
