Chick-fil-A in Pensacola

“I've only been through the drive-thru. But they are very efficient and fast. Food always tastes great. I would suggest a milkshake. Super easy to order and they have your food out by the time you get around to the next window. The kids that take your order are usually super nice and friendly.“

“First time trying this chick fil a out and it was good except when I found a few green potato fries. Very bitter tasting. I brought it up to the assistant supervisor letting her know there were green potatoes and she took it and handed it to the workers that were distributing the fries and then the supervisor came back and handed me a full frys pack and told me the reason the potatoes were green was because they are covered in oil and once they are fried it turns green. I told her that ita toxic if anyone eats green fries, it's not safe. She said ok.“

“This chic Fila is alot slower than the usual. Kinda rude when u start telling them your order and they interrupt by asking you for your name...then gotta repeat your order cause they were not even trying to hear your order before they get ur name.“

“The service is always good and the food is good. THIS is the last chick-fil-a in town with an indoor playground. I deeply wish the others still had them. When they move across the street there is a strong possibility that the new one won't and that makes me and my son very sad.“

“This location deserves more than 5 stars, Marcella was so sweet, it made waking up at 4am for a flight so much easier! And the food was ready before I could even put my phone in my pocket! I will definitely come back again for this service!“

“We've dined at several Chick-fil-A locations and this is our favorite. The convenience of being inside a food court is a plus.

The order was taken immediately as we approached the counter. The food came out faster than we expected.

At lunch hour the tables are at a premium. It got crowded very quickly. Kudos to the cleaning crew. They were on top of it.
