Chick-fil-A in Pensacola

“I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations around Pensacola since moving here 4–5 years ago, and the one thing that stands out the most about the Bayou location is the customer service.

The staff consistently goes above and beyond compared with other locations. I’m all about the vibration and energy of people and places, and the vibration at this location is truly next level.

Everyone on the staff is awesome, but two team members who really stand out to me right now are David and Isabelle.

David does an amazing job keeping the dining area clean, welcoming, and ready for guests. He’s always attentive and willing to refill your drink or get whatever you need while dining there.

And then there’s Isabelle, who has the most beautiful smile and such a huge, bright light. You can genuinely feel her positive energy when she interacts with people.

Big appreciation to the entire Bayou Chick-fil-A team for creating an experience that goes beyond just good food. The people and the energy make this location special.“

“This chic Fila is alot slower than the usual. Kinda rude when u start telling them your order and they interrupt by asking you for your name...then gotta repeat your order cause they were not even trying to hear your order before they get ur name.“

“ALWAYS fast and polite service every time I go. The food is fresh, restaurant is clean. The manager deserves kudos for moving so many cars so fast and hiring the right people. Most fast food is atrocious these days but this store has it right! Great job!“

“The girl Bree was at the front counter who took my order, was friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. We ate inside to stay cool from the outside heat. Courtney was on the floor cleaning but made sure she asked if everything was good and if we needed anything. Very helpful staff. & Clean.“

“We've dined at several Chick-fil-A locations and this is our favorite. The convenience of being inside a food court is a plus.

The order was taken immediately as we approached the counter. The food came out faster than we expected.

At lunch hour the tables are at a premium. It got crowded very quickly. Kudos to the cleaning crew. They were on top of it.
